It fills a little over half the grid — enough to read clearly on the player without turning into a solid block. Seven colours, which is a lot to fit into 256 pixels. This one moves on the player's screen rather than sitting still, which is the part a screenshot cannot show you. There are four other versions of this subject in the animated set, shown below — pick whichever reads better to you at 16 pixels.
