Privacy

Yoto Everything is a small independent site. There are no accounts, no logins and no profiles. You can browse the whole thing — every icon, every playlist, every guide — without giving us anything at all.

What we actually store

Your email address, but only if you type it in. If you ask to be told when something launches, we keep that address and nothing else beside it — no name, no IP address, no record of what you looked at. It is held in a database run by Upstash. We use it to send you one message when the thing you asked about opens, and then it has done its job.

That is the only personal information this site stores. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own use.

Cookies and analytics

We would like to know which pages people find useful, so we can write more of what helps and stop writing what does not. For that we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser.

It does not run unless you say yes. Until you answer the banner, the analytics script is never requested and no cookies are set. If you say no, the site behaves in exactly the same way — nothing is withheld, and you are not asked again.

Changed your mind either way? Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings resets the question and you will be asked again on your next visit.

Other people involved

• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, their servers keep short-lived technical logs of requests, which include IP addresses. That is how serving a website works.
• Upstash stores the email list described above.
• Google Analytics, only with your consent.
• Shops we link to. Some links on the accessories page earn us a small commission. Once you follow one you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

Links to YouTube on the playlist pages are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded, so YouTube is not involved until you choose to click through.

Children

This site is written for the grown-ups who set up the cards. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Since the only thing we hold is an email address you typed in yourself, in practice that usually means “please take me off the list” — and the answer is yes, straight away.

Write to privacy@yotoeverything.com and we will sort it out. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think we have got something wrong.

Changes

If we start collecting something new, this page changes at the same time — not afterwards. It was last updated in August 2026.
